Wonderful place…I am from out of town, called and got a same day appointment. No wait upon my arrival..Nelly did my dip nails and she did a wonderful job! I could not be more pleased..I would highly recommend Lili’s nails and would go there again if I am in town.
I have been going here biweekly for the past two years and the service is great. The owner, Nelly, is wonderful. She has completely transformed my nails. they have such beautiful shape now. When I have to occasionally use a different nail tech, I’m always impressed with their work. It’s a cozy little spot in a great location.
I would not recommend this place for many reasons. Upon arrival the greeting was cold and seemed to be an inconvenience. We were asked to wait, which was fine. However, we were brought back and almost an hour in to our scheduled time is when they started the nails. Horrible customer service and the nails were sloppy and inconsistent. I received a tip with dip and the dip coloring was see through, the sizing of the nails did not match with the other hand. There was no customer service whatsoever. They prioritized walk in’s and not appointments.
